The USS Shreveport (LPD-12) docked with other decommissioned Navy ships, sometimes called the "mothball fleet", in Philadelphia, PA.

     Bill Chizek a husband, dad of three, retired US Navy, and self taught photographer originally from Manitowoc, WI who now resides in El Paso, TX.
